This is a beauty book review on my favourite beauty book ‘Eating for Beauty’ by author and nutrition expert David Wolfe. I love using skin creams, lotions and make up, but when it comes down to it, good skin does not solely come from the products we use. That beauty glow comes first and foremost from what we eat, quality of sleep and from nurturing our insides. David Wolfe in this beauty book touches on all of this, he explains the most beautifying foods and each and one of their properties together with gorgeous pictures. The beauty book is engaging and informative and poetically written. The book goes into a special beauty diet, beauty recipes, yoga, acid/alkaline balance, body beauty, plant foods, oils, fats and herbs.

I also have his book called ‘Superfoods’ which is also great…But I especially love ‘Eating for Beauty’, if you are like me and that believe nutrition plays the biggest factor in clear skin then you will love this beauty book!
